In our opinion, this location has one of the best views in Philly. Although it’s only on the second floor, Treble and Bass overlooks one of the most active sections of Broad Street, “The avenue of the Arts.” Most views are only of other room tops, T&B puts you right in the authentic action of downtown Philadelphia.
